廢氣處理設(shè)備(催化燃燒設(shè)備)將有機廢氣通過高效過濾器過濾后,進入蜂窩活性炭吸附模塊吸附、濃縮,借助催化劑使VOCs有機廢氣在較低的起燃溫度溫度(280-500℃)下,發(fā)生無焰燃燒,氧化分解為二氧化碳和水,從而達到廢氣處理的目的。

有機廢氣進入干式過濾器對顆粒物進行凈化處理后,再進入后部活性炭吸附箱中進行廢氣的吸附濃縮處理,催化燃燒設(shè)備定期對活性炭吸附濃縮后的廢氣進行高效催化處理,達標(biāo)后的潔凈氣體通過15米煙囪高空排放。

當(dāng)活性炭箱吸附飽和之后,系統(tǒng)會自動對活性炭箱進行脫附處理,吸附飽和后的活性炭利用熱空氣進行脫附再生,脫附出的濃縮有機物被送往燃燒床通過與催化劑結(jié)合進行催化分解。

在催化氧化爐內(nèi)被加熱到250~300℃的有機廢氣在貴金屬催化劑的作用下發(fā)生無焰燃燒,有機廢氣被氧化分解成二氧化碳和水,達到廢氣處理的目的,廢氣處理后的潔凈氣體經(jīng)煙囪達標(biāo)排放。燃燒后的熱空氣通過高效換熱器進行降溫,降溫后的氣體部分排放,部分用于活性炭脫附再生以達到廢熱利用和節(jié)能的目的。

The organic waste gas is oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water, achieving the purpose of waste gas treatment. The clean gas after waste gas treatment is discharged through the chimney to meet the standards. The hot air after combustion is cooled by an efficient heat exchanger, and some of the cooled gas is discharged, which is used for activated carbon desorption and regeneration to achieve waste heat utilization and energy conservation.
廢氣處理設(shè)備有機廢氣的綜合凈化效率在97%左右,對于機械化工、汽車涂裝、家具建材、印刷、食品等行業(yè)排放的低濃度、多成分、無回收價值的廢氣均有較好的處理效果。

設(shè)備與RTO設(shè)備相類似,采用床式設(shè)計,蓄熱室底部填充陶瓷蓄熱體,催化劑填充在陶瓷蓄熱體與氧化室之間。

廢氣處理設(shè)備適用于連續(xù)性排放濃度較高的生產(chǎn)工藝廢氣處理,對于生產(chǎn)工藝中揮發(fā)的所有VOCS有機廢氣都可有效處理;RCO廢氣處理設(shè)備適用于間歇性的生產(chǎn)工況廢氣處理。另外需注意的是,腐蝕性廢氣在RTO、RCO中都不能處理。
